The Fellowes AutoMax 100M saves time on bulk shredding: load up to 100 sheets into the automatic feed tray, close it and walk away. A separate manual slot handles up to 10 sheets for small jobs. Documents are cut into 5/32 x 25/64 inch micro-cut particles, about 1,508 per sheet, at security level P-4. Paper clips, staples and credit cards can also be shredded. Auto reverse detects a forming jam and backs the paper out, an interlock switch adds safety, and SilentShred keeps operation quiet. Shreds collect in a 6-gallon pull-out bin with a bin-full light, and sleep mode reduces energy use. Run time is up to 15 minutes, and it is rated for one to three users.
