Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and again when it ships.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The total shipping cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
