1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used printer supplies (ink cartridges, toner, etc.).
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@printorse.com or call 647-405-9737 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to our return address (provided with the RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return eligibility criteria.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
